Fujitsu PC helpdesk - lousy?
26 02 2007More than 2 weeks ago, I had sent an email to Fujitsu PC Asia Pac regarding my Windows XP Pro-to-Vista upgrade path. This was because Fujitsu’s upgrade path for XP Pro is Vista Business. Unfortunately Vista Business lacks the Media Centre feature which I would like to have (see Microsoft’s official edition comparson). Hence I asked in my email if I can upgrade to Vista Home Premium edition instead, which has the Media Centre feature.
After 2 weeks of chasing, I finally received Fujitsu’s reply today:
The Vista Business is better than Home Premium Vista. It have all the features that Home premium dont have.
Does Fujitsu have to take more than 2 weeks to come up with such a lousy and incorrect reply? Clearly, Fujitsu’s reply is contrary to Microsoft’s official edition comparison.
